MENYA AKAMARO KADASANZWE K’IPAPAYI

Ipapayi ni kimwe mu mbuto z’ifitiye umuntu umumaro kuko ari umuti ndetse n’urukingo iyo ikoreshejwe nk’uko iremwe.

 

1. Ipayayi ni isoko nziza y’ubutare butandukanye ndetse na za vitamine. 

Ipapayi ikungahaye kuri vitamine A, vitamine C na B, ndetse na magnésium. Vitamine A na C zikize ku byitwa antioxydants , ibyo bivuze ko ipapayi yabaganya indwara nyinshi nka za kanseri n’indwara z’umutima

2. Ipapayi igabanya ingano y’ibinure mu mubiri

Ipapayi ibuza ibinure gufata ku mitsi itembereza amaraso, ibyo bigatuma habaho itembera ryiza ry’amaraso, bikarinda ibibazo byo gufatwa n’indwara y’umutima bitunguranye cyangwa no guturika imitsi yo mu mutwe.
